As I listen to each activation I feel lit up within. A sense of safety and warmth encompasses me as love, compassion and gratitude surge through the layers of my body. As each day goes by I feel more awareness and knowing in my life and more connected to my actions, words and sense of self. To give outward we must first give inward and these activations guide us to be self-full so we can offer our overflow to the rest of humanity.

Daily audio activations
Each day an audio, similar to a meditation, will be delivered to you (in a private online portal)
Recorded by our Founder Bethany, you will receive an audio activation each day. Each activation is under 10 minutes, making it easy to integrate into your everyday life.
Weekly Awakening integration webinars
Once per week you’ll also receive a short 10 minute webinar from our Founder Bethany, that will support you to deepen your learnings and integrate your experience.
Breathwork Sessions
A variety of breathwork sessions will be available within the portal for you to access to deepen your energetic cleansing. These are options for you to utilize whenever you feel called to help you process and release any stored and stagnant energy and emotions in the body.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will I have to invest each week?
At a minimum, you’ll need to invest 10 minutes per day to sit with your audio activations. Once per week there will be an integration session to watch with our Founder, Bethany Inez. These will be around 10 minutes of viewing time
If I press pause on my journey, can I rejoin later?
Absolutely! No matter how much time has lapsed you can pick back up where you started
How long can I access the content for?
You have lifetime access to every phase you ‘unlock’ - so, FOREVER!
What if I don’t want to do the whole 22 month journey?
That’s absolutely fine! You only invest in one phase at a time (each phase spans 8 weeks) so if you want to stop after a phase, you can.
I really like the sound of some of the later phases. Can I start with them?
No. Awakening is designed to be a progressive journey and each stage energetically prepares you for the next, which is why we invite people to move through them sequentially.
